You do not have to spend half the session getting me up to speed. I review your business beforehand so we can start with the bigger questions and use our time effectively. People often tell me this part is valuable in and of itself because simply stepping back, naming what is really happening, and putting the whole business on the table starts revealing things before we even meet.
For 90 minutes, I am fully in it with you. We will put the business, the opportunity, and the decisions on the table, connect the pieces that have not clicked yet, challenge what you have been assuming is true, and look for the bigger opportunity hiding inside what is already there. By the end, you will know what deserves your attention, what move you are making next, and what could become possible if you actually go all in on it.
Post-Session Recap + Summary
After the session, you’ll receive a clear strategic recap you can actually work from. You’ll see captured key decisions, the patterns and opportunities we identified, what needs your attention now, what can wait, and the specific next moves to make from here. The goal is that you do not leave trying to remember the conversation or translate it into action later. You leave with the thinking already organized and a clear path forward.
